How do you return something?

 

Call or email PolkaDotToys.com to obtain a return authorization number. A customer service representative will than email or call you back with instructions on how to return the item.

 

Please send your items back any method you choose but please send your item back insured.

 

Once we receive your items please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process your refund.  Please call your credit card directly to confirm the refund has been processed.  Returns are good for 20 business days after purchase unless it is the Christmas Holiday Season.  During the Holiday Season any toy purchased after November 12th, 2007 can be returned January 20th, 2008. ALL INTERNATION SALES ARE FINAL.

 

How do I exchange something?

 

Simply send your item back with your invoice.  Be sure to include on your invoice the items you would like to exchange for.  Once we receive the items back we will process your exchange within 3 business days. A customer service representative will call you for payment on the shipping of the exchanged items.
